Bulgaria is a small country but it never fails to impress. It is little known that Bulgaria is the largest and most important producer of rose oil and lavender. In recent years Bulgaria has left behind even France, which was considered the largest producer. Lavender oil is used exclusively in cosmetic industry and pharmacy.  Bulgaria exports lavender oil  to France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, USA, Japan, etc … Inside the country the industry is developing by companies such as Aroma, Lavena, Bulgarian rose , etc.
